Hey everyone, I’m Nazar. For those who don’t know me yet, I’m a certified Life Coach and Therapist-in-training.

In collaboration with @frankmannerstal & @tomjozie from @huelisbon, I’m hosting a specialized meetup for gay men in Lisbon created to bring together mindful guys who value personal growth and deep, meaningful conversations.

This time we will play a bingo game based on 🟢 & 🔴 flags in dating. Will be fun!

Expect three hours of curated activities designed to help you connect authentically with others, enjoy the warm atmosphere of HŪE, and sip some great wine in good company.

• Admission: €5 (pre-registration required)

‼️NEWLY OPENED CAFÉ IN TOWN 💫

If you know me then you know I love my coffee and all things breakfast and brunch. Specially when they are well made. As a chef, there is nothing I value most than good ingredients and intentionality. Purpose. Love. Attention to detail. Respect for whatever it is you are cooking, baking or making.

@huelisbon has opened at Rua Luciano Cordeiro 13A, near Campo dos Mártires da Pátria and I couldn’t be happier.
It’s not only because of the proximity to my apartment that I’ve been paying weekly visits since they opened only a month ago. What a lovely, beautiful and warm space. Kuddos to @tomjozie and @frankmannerstal

The concept is simple: specialty coffee, breakfast and brunch treats, homemade sweets and pastries among other beverages. They also serve some cheese and charcuterie plates and very nice wines.
The space is beautiful, contemporary, elegant and artsy but in a way that welcomes you and makes you wanna stay and cozy up. Specially nowadays that the weather is getting colder.

Whether you live in the surroundings or not, this place is more than well worth a visit. The staff is incredibly friendly and service-minded.
And there is a special host that will steal your heart (SWIPE TO THE LAST PIC AND MEET CHARLIE).

A new favorite spot in Lisbon 🤍

Visited HŪE, where coffee, food, art and design come together in the coziest atmosphere.

Absolutely loved the food, the amazing staff and, of course, the cutest little host, Charlie 🐶

And the cherry on top? The Basque cheesecake. An absolute must-try!

Definitely a spot worth saving for your next coffee date. ☕️
