Life in September 👌🏻 Dubai • Athens • Austria 👌🏻🤍

September was a super Mario style level up 🔝

I went to Austria for a business retreat with @tom__youngs and spent 5 days in great conversation, surrounded by others who inspired me and took some big deep breaths in the mountain air.

I’ve realized being around people is my power up.

Dubai connected me back to friends and clients who I love dearly and being back in the city is always a boost

And Athens is starting to feel so much more like home 🏠 🤍
Settling properly into my new office space and getting comfy with my new mini self made team 🤍

Let’s go October 🍁

are you thinking of starting your own photography business?

my advice?
get help, get educated, get skills

investing in myself and my business by working with a mentor was probably the best decision i made when @uglyducklingagency was just a dream i didn’t want to let go of

my mentor @hugoteaches guides me via his online modular course, one to one calls and group calls together with his other students through all the general knowledge we need

and it works!

i have the knowledge to progress, business confidence i wouldn’t have had otherwise, and guidance through a lot of the sticky moments you can have in the first year of a new start up

are you interested to know more about mentoring with hugo? type “hell yes 🔥” below ⤵️

if you’re you’re still undecided (whaaaaaat?), i’ll be posting more later in the week 🙃

Last week, I had another dream come true

But I had to make a bet

A calculated risk

A gamble

My idea?

The magic of bringing people together isn’t about spending 8h in front of a whiteboard

Or listening to keynotes

Or watching another nerd talk through slides (although I did do that on Day 1!)

The idea was simple

Bring a bunch of legends

To an epic place

And give them the space and room to solve their shit out

But most importantly, get clarity on where they are heading next

The Summer Perspective 2026

The ultimate opportunity to gain vision and clarity on where to head in life and business

A week I had on my internal vision board since I started @scale20_

I took 15 of my epic crew to my favourite place on Earth

The Austrian Alps

The same area on Earth I used to scrub toilets 8 years ago

Despite working with many of these legends for over a year

Most of these folks I had never met in person

@deborahhenningofficial
@conni.biesalski
@frederikpahuus
@itsdavidjacob
@coach_business_builder
@hugoraphy
Even @jaystaniforthmindset (aka Pipes Of Justice), our own Performance + Mindset Coach inside the crew

Never met these legends before

I invited one of the biggest hitters in the online education world, @sam.gaudet, to join us

He dropped game for all of us to immediately take action on

I took them up mountains where we spent a couple of hours in beautiful mountain huts

No whiteboard

No slides

Just 2000m above sea-level

Plus a large beer

Or a large Coke Zero

Plus the space and time for deep conversations to occur

We went on a cruise across a lake

The Magic happened

And when I asked the crew at the end of the week, what they felt the magic was...

The answer was clear

The Magic was The People

Next week I’m opening up a few spots in @scale20_

If you’re a 6-fig business coach or consultant looking for some new Magical People to surround yourself with, DM me “77”

People have reacted to this in different ways. A city must become modern, isn't it? Nevertheless, this was and still is an integral part of this city, albeit in specific areas only.

A wise man once said “where there is no vision, the people perish.”

That’s exactly what these kind of trips give you: vision, perspective, the belief in something greater than yourself.

I came with questions and left with answers I didn’t know I needed, wisdom shared that I didn’t think I was ready for.

Met some amazing people, ate some amazing food, and planted the seeds to some lasting friendships.

Looking forward to hosting my own retreat in 2 weeks with 18 friends and clients.
