As a born and raised Montrealer having the opportunity to collaborate with the bleu, blanc, rouge, is definitely a dream come true. We wanted to develop a collection that played off of 90s and 2000s nostalgia, often at the core of Saintwoods’ designs, while also producing items that felt new and interesting for today. The campaign was all about showcasing the amazing patchwork that makes the Montreal Canadiens fan base feel so infectious, especially during a playoff run. Anyone who spends time in Montreal during the playoffs can tell you the city is buzzing from Saint-Henri up to Villeray and from the West-Island to Saint Leo… To be able to launch this collection now, a couple hours before our playoff home opener, couldn’t feel more fitting. A HUGE thanks to the @tricoloresports & @canadiensmtl organization for this opportunity, @dadbelmont for designing the entire collection, @igalperets for being an incredible partner in creating the visual assets for the campaign, @fredgauthier for the perfect styling, and @kiraknox for keeping the wheels on the track. The collection is available now at the Bell Center and online at tricoloresports.com as of noon EST. Forever and always GO HABS GO 💙🤍❤️
