A full class today with this beautiful bunch 🌊💙

Thank you for the amazing energy you brought to today’s Water Mandala. We flowed, twisted, opened and explored the fluidity of water - adapting, changing direction and finding another way forward when we meet resistance.

Something to practise on and off the mat.

Yin and yang on London City Island ☯️🏙️

Life is all about balance – and there are endless ways to create the ideal sense of islander duality.

Challenge yourself with a reformer Pilates class at @hum_ldn, followed by truffle arancini and a crisp glass of Sauvignon Blanc @beringersbrunch. Switch up your beverages from dawn til dusk, starting with @supershakes and ending at @thelockdownbar. And a sweet treat from @layersbakerylondon is always well deserved after a workout at @the.strength.room.

Thank you to everyone who came to our summer social last week, very grateful to be partnered with the amazing @hum_ldn on this event, who were celebrating their 5th birthday!

We were also celebrating our new alcohol license, so watch this space for more events, rumour has it there’s another social happening … keep your eyes peeled!

Thank you also to anyone who brought along food to share as well @city.island.supperclub treated us!

THIS WEEK. Hi everyone! On Thursday we are celebrating some exciting news with the wonderful @hum_ldn who are also celebrating!
Hum is having its 5th birthday and we have our alcohol license through and so of course… we’re throwing a celebration!

To celebrate we’re inviting all our neighbours, local businesses and residents to join us for an evening of food, drinks and good company.
The food is on us!!
That said, if you’d like to bring a plate to share, we’d love that too!
Otherwise just come along, meet your neighbours, and enjoy a relaxing evening all together.

At Orchard Dock- just by Layers Bakery!
6pm - 10pm
Thursday 20th of August

See you there!
