I get to set up my little shop, fill it with my creations, create a little lounge outside… and somehow it always turns into our own little dance floor. 🪩

Friends, camp neighbours, new friends we meet along the way. Everyone comes through, hangs out, dances and adds to the Activate energy. ✨

Every festival has its own culture, energy, characters, and way of bringing people together.

This is a recap of our last HUMAN Breathwork Rave @enterpluto
And this is exactly why we do it this way.

We don’t breathe, move, and elevate our state because we don’t care —
we do it because WE CARE.

On Jan 26 in Toronto, we’re gathering again — intentionally.
With multiple facilitators, intentional movement, live DJ, sound healing, and breathwork
to release, to regulate, and to elevate together.

Not to escape what’s happening —
but to stay present, grounded, and strong.

This experience is created for Iran, for freedom,
and by joining, you’re also contributing to donations in support of the people of Iran.

This year was tough af.

Here I have a list of highlights. Moments I want to remember. But leading up to a lot of these highlights were moments of challenge, fear, stress, doubt, uncertainty.

It’s funny how sometimes the lowest lows lead to the highest highs. That life rewards us for overcoming challenges, as long as we believe it will. That’s the key I think.

This year showed me how important it is to take rest and how crucial it is to find safety and calm WITHIN myself.

Because things aren’t always going to be smooth and easy in the outside world…but if you can find that in your inner world, you can get through anything.

This year also reaffirmed how important people are. The ones who care about you. That’s all that really matters.

In 2025…
1-Chris and I moved to Nelson for the winter. Our apartment got ZERO sun so sometimes I’d go to the other side of the valley to get some rays:)
2-We didn’t have any community in town when we arrived so me and two other girls started a women’s circle
3-I spent a lot of time with this guy. My biggest highlight❣️
4-I skiiieeeddd (one of my favourite things in the world)
5-@driftwoodpaddle appeared in its first trade show!
6-my besties got engaged 💍🥹
7-we took are moms out on a Mother’s Day canoe trip and made cedar plank salmon on the fire 🔥
8-I took @gaiahive_mentorships herbalism mentorship and now look at nature in a whole new way. HIGHLIGHT
9- I visited sisters in Victoria👯‍♀️
10-Driftwood created transformational experiences for 25 different groups this year and Chris and I became an unstoppable team.
11-ate🌽 on the 🌊. Top 3 days of the year 🌈
12-I danced harder than I ever have before and will never forget it
13-Attended @sonicspringsfestival with one of my favourite humans @naturally_caleigh
14-We thought how crazy it would be to buy an old off grid camp
15- WE BOUGHT IT. And I got to show my 90yr old grandpa the land
16- I guided my first women’s canoe trip and it was magical🌙🧚‍♀️✨
17-The fam and I watched the blue jays make it to the World Series
18-Pops and I spent a lot of time working on the new land. HIGHLIGHT
19-Chris and I left for some adventures 🌞

Nearly 100 Plutonians filled our space for an unforgettable launch on Saturday. 🪩 DJs (@auraboros_beats) curating an epic vibe, a talk on world-building, a magician bending reality, aura photography, tarot and human design readings, an aerial performance above our heads, and a musical wind-down by @arkaya_sound to close the night. 💿🎙️🪄📷🔮🤸🏼‍♀️🪅🎶
