The bad news: This is the hard truth you need but don’t want to hear

1. You don’t actually push hard enough
You use the same weight, reps, sets and exercises month after month with no programmed overload

2. You don’t fuel properly
You’re probably not getting enough protein, eating too many carbs and wasting your calories on empty things like alcohol

3. Your hormones won’t let you grow
If you’re low in Testosterone or hormones are all over the place, your body is not receiving the signals it needs to be in an anabolic state

The good news: All of these are modifiable

Most guys just don’t know where to start and the middle pages of Men’s Health magazine aren’t going to get you there

If you’re cool with maintaining and staying where you’re at, this probably doesn’t speak to you

But if you’re serious about better physique, energy, performance (in the bed too), then you need a plan

Comment “PLAN” and I’ll send you more info

I used to think I could help everyone…

And technically I believe I still can

But I realized, not everyone wants it

It wasn’t until I realized some people, most people, will choose comfort and staying the same

Those are no longer my people

And that’s cool. No judgement.

Not everything is for everyone

I’ve found where I can have the greatest impact

If you know you know

What is Health?

Not being sick?

Not having a diagnosis?

Those could be good answers if you like to settle for average.

What about your body performing at the highest level possible with no limits?

I like that one

Tell me your definition below!

9.20 | Heights Worship Night ❤️‍🔥🙌🏽

Last night was powerful. We continued off of Acts 16 where Paul and Silas are worshipping before the prison doors opened. How worship helps us hold onto what’s true while we walk through what’s hard. Our seasons may change, but Jesus is worthy in every one of them.

Let worshiping Him be your heart song this week!

I don’t want a one-size-fits-all approach to my health and you shouldn’t either.

But that’s what you get when you rely on routine blood work. I’m done guessing when it comes to my health. That’s why I’m working with the team over @ascendfunctionalhealth .

This means more data. More convenience. And most importantly, a real conversation with a doctor who can help me understand what the numbers actually mean and build a plan around MY specific needs.

Health isn’t about chasing random numbers or following generalized advice. It’s about understanding YOUR body and knowing what to do with the information.

That’s the approach I’m after!

Live better! 💪🏼

What’s the future of your health looking like?

Will you be the guy who’s on 5 medications by 45?

Or the only guy in your friend group with visible abs?

Ascend TotalCare was designed for the person whose health isn’t a commodity to be outsourced but an investment to be empowered.

Not a one size fits all approach and definitely not for everyone.

We limit registration to 5 New patients every month and require a strict application process for admittance.

This is concierge medicine designed for the person whose number one asset isn’t their home or bank account, but the body they walk around in every day.

If that’s you, Comment “ASCEND” and we will send you more information.

Would you take financial advice from the guy under the bridge?

Nobody should care about your health more than you do, but if you do seek outside help, I’d recommend someone who lives it ✌🏼
