Remember, YOU MATTER
Mental health is a serious thing that isn’t talked about enough, if you are struggling with mental health or you feel like your not enough, then please seek help, you do matter and you do make an impact in the world around you, weather you think so or not, you would be amazed by the people who love you if you just spoke to them about it, cause in my eyes, YOU matter

I’m so grateful to be part of a amazing and supportive community like the APA community, these guys were so Awsome to be around and talk with, from the spectators, powerlifting can be a boring sport, but the community and people that it holds are always so amazing to be around, I can’t wait to see the strength I can unlock and see how far I can get here, and thanks to all my supper supportive friends and family who help me, I’m so greatful to them and hope I’m making them proud.

And always to my amazing friend @sage_rovenstine for attending this meet with me, I’m so happy to see both of us getting stronger everyday, and my girlfriend and her mother for being such supporters, they truly help me be stronger and more resilient everyday.

Remember that help is one call away at 988, the suicide prevention hotline.

Till next time, thank you everyone I got meet and who supported me on the way, love you all

Every lift, every struggle, every moment—this is what faith in yourself looks like.

The Battle of the Beasts platform was more than a stage—it was a proving ground.

Every athlete showed up carrying more than weight: they carried dreams, fears, and the courage to face them head-on. Each lift was a battle, each attempt a testament to heart and discipline. In those seconds under the bar, doubt fell away, focus sharpened, and the raw power of persistence spoke louder than anything else. This is the grind, the fight, the prayer in motion—the reminder that strength isn’t just physical, it’s spiritual.

Carry this energy with you—into every challenge, every lift, every day.

Fearless Films is dialed in and ready to catch every chalked-up, adrenaline-fueled second. The energy at this meet is LOUD—and I'm here for all of it.

Big lifts.
Big moments.
Bigger stories.

If you’re hosting an event and want it captured with this kind of energy and intention, I’d love to chat. Let’s tell your story the way it deserves to be told.

When I started @yep_strength part of my vision was to bring people together. Your energy affects more than you know.

You can’t alway control what’s going on around you, but you can control how you respond. Be the one that lights up the room.

Practice gratitude, no matter situation, someone always has it worse. Acknowledge the positive things around you. Be thankful for what you do have.

Be kind and compassionate. Set an example for others to follow. Sometimes this requires patience and reflection. Be a leader, not a hater. Help others grow.

Practice positive self talk. Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations. If you think you can’t, then you’re right. Start believing in yourself. If you don’t believe in yourself, then who else can believe in you?

Take time to laugh and challenge yourself to make others laugh to. If you take life to seriously it increases stress and anxiety. Laughter can change the tone.

We all go through tough times. Don’t let it kill your energy. Be the one that lights up the room! Philippians 4:4-7
