I think we were all having an off night this night 🤔, and you know what? That's okay!!! The most important rule of having community is to show up, especially when you are not feeling 100%, because community is about love and NOT being perfect. So here's the scoop 💕!

Rightwards: "Penny" was a song that had rocked me so much I had to keep it present in my mind until I could write my thoughts out, which was: "like coming home from the last day of school ever, bittersweet, the feelings in your stomach of you don't know what's next but you can't turn back". 2nd time seeing them, Keep being impactful and wonderful 🫂✨. @findtherightwards

Candlewax: The second duo band I've ever seen 👯‍♂️!! Poignant is the biggest word that comes up when I think of the experience that was Candlewax's set. It's like love can be intertwined through the agony, or vice versa, and the vocalist expressed that whole heartedly. I teared up immediately when he dedicated a song to his mother. The intimate bonds we share in life are more complicated than I wish they were. Thanks for making me feel something deep 🥺💕. @candlewaxcandlewax

Olive: Immediately I was like "I wish my bestie was here this is SO her vibe" so much so I bought an extra CD to mail her. Am I wrong for being reminded vocally a lil bit of Layne Staley from Olive's vocalist?? His voice was just so rich and there's a lil accent there. The guitar solos were fun too, we need more guitar solos in this generation RAHHH 🦅💥💕✨!! @olivemusics

Casual S*x: I am so sorry my body was malfunctioning at this point in the night. Believe me I had fun but big mamas lower back was KILLING ME and I was getting super tired 😭. Casual S*x never ceases to make me laugh, I think they're natural born comedians. It's a joy to be around them truly, they carry a sort of brightness without trying hard 🌞💕. @casual_sexband

Human Ant Farm: On my bucket list to see for a MINUTE!! Again, I was trying hard to be present against the odds. They did a really great job with building song structure from full to stripped, slow to fast. Ebbed and flowed like high tide 🌊. Reminded me a lil bit of the band Marietta 🤔🎸!! @humantfarm

35mm memories from the last few months, shot with 3-4 different cameras and a variety of films, some expired.

I found this clown painting at a yard sale for Tami and immediately knew she had to have it. This was in July I think? #nikonl35af

Ran into these two fabulous folks on the same day and had to harass them with my camera #nikonl35af

Lovely Morgan at the domes on expired film. This is probably the best photo I have taken to date #nikonl35af

I can’t remember when or where but I seen this on a tv somewhere and honestly, considering it’s a photo of a tv of a video, it looks great. I can’t even remember if that’s someone’s hand in real life or in the video.

Old friends are the best friends. These dudes knew me when I had braces and a peach fuzz soul patch #nikonl35af

I’ve have more photos of Graham than probably anyone at this point, and I think this one is my favorite, shot at the Dickeyville Grotto back in May. #yashicat4

AV playing with Graham and the band at Cactus last month #olympusinfinityjr

If you haven’t seen Graham on this tour, make a point of doing so. #olympusinfinityjr

The band is on fire #olympusinfinityjr

Really locked in #nikonl35af

And extremely tight.

Also, a word on Stu. This man is so sick that he can sound great playing a Percussion Plus floor tom, meanwhile some of yall fake influencer drummers can’t do nothing on a $2500 kit cause you corny #olympusinfinityjr

Alright so I need to say this, Combat Naps is probably the best band you maybe haven’t heard #nikonl35af

Neal is such a gifted songwriter and I was fortunate enough to see him twice within a span of a week #canonautoboy2

These were shot at an attic gig on the east side, 2/3 of these on expired film. Next Combat Naps Milwaukee gig you gotta pull up, whenever that is #canonautoboy2

Ian playing with Obsess Tact that same weekend. Sage advice from that pin #canonautoboy2

GK and Stroms outside of Cactus? I can’t remember. I just love flash photography at night when it turns out #canonautoboy2

Aura farming with Adrien and his ultra sick Univox #canonautoboy2

Box of bingo cards at a bingo hall in Stoughton #canonautoboy2

Morgan’s Uncle Brian’s car keeping his legacy al
