Guys it’s my anniversary! 6 years ago today, I started glute free nyc! 🥂 🥳

I was looking back over the years in honor of the day and thinking about all the delicious finds I just happened upon — the fabulous spots and recipes that weren’t blowing up or super well known but became fast favorites.

Traipsing around the UWS

I went home to nyc for the weekend so I wanted to share a few casual bites I had while I was there!

1 & 2: Somehow ended up at @butterfieldnyc not once but twice lol, but I can't be in nyc without having their frozen yogurt at least once 🍦

I also tried the new strawberry birthday cake smoothie and it was a fun treat :)

3. Grabbed a caprese sandwich from @via_quadronno for a delicious lunch to have in the park! I'll definitely be going back again this summer to have a little park picnic

4. Tried the new strawberry shortcake matcha from @blankstreet, I got it half-sweet and I thought it was really good. I definitely prefer their regular strawberry matcha but I think it's worth a try if you love strawberry matchas.

5 & 6: Went to the @hummusplace on the UWS for a casual dinner and I really enjoyed the mezze platter. My favorite dish was the roasted eggplant, but the health salad (tomato cucumber) was also great.

I also tried kadaif for the first time, which had vanilla ricotta, date honey, shredded philo dough, and halva shreds. Lovedd the vanilla ricotta 😋
