It was great to have @apsuperb of @wakeupuncensored to stop by @tacfights / @cpmma.official Gym, with our Fighter & his Co-Host, Foday Sillah, to experience some Boxing Training after their Mental Health segment on @fox5dc. The vast majority of people who walk into a boxing gym have no intention of ever fighting in a real match. They are there for the ultimate full-body workout, the challenge of mastering the “sweet science”, and the undeniable mental health benefits that come with it. Boxing is the Ultimate Mental Health Tool. Boxing is essentially “therapy with gloves on”. When you are on the heavy bag or learning technique, you are required to be 100% present in the moment. Striking the heavy bag provides a safe, constructive outlet to release pent-up frustration and built-up tension. If you are looking for a Gym come visit @tacboxingdc @tacfights @cpmma.official in Burtonsville, Maryland. 🥊
