Fall, but make it SALT-y! 🍂

We refuse to gatekeep the good stuff around our neighborhood. 😉 Lunch for the hungry ones, shops for the browsers, treats for the keiki, stops for the pups, and a little something for the grown-ups, too. 🌺 There’s plenty to get into around here. ✨

Here’s a little taste of what’s around SALT at Our Kakaʻako. Come by and see what else you find. 🤙

Beatroot Bodega 2011

In 2010/2011 i decided we needed an event for just the record lovers, diggers, analog heads. Fresh Cafe (mahalo Tiff) let us use their space. We only had a few BRB’s (Beatroot Bodegas) but for the most part it was dope.

Planning to bring it back as ANA CON (Analog Convention) selling records, tapes, CD, VHS, and used audio/recording/music gear! If your down to be a vendor hmu.

“I’m telling you… no matter how much hurt, pain, downs, and losses you attain, that’ll be your advantage in the future. DEFY ALL ODDS and strive to be great” - Me telling my young self you can literally do anything as long as you put your mind and effort to it.

May not come overnight, but when it comes, it’ll “reign” and pour blessings upon blessings that the word HATE won’t ever see the light of day. Be GREAT. And continue to CELEBRATE with the ones you love, no matter how big or small your circle is. Just truly grateful overall 🙏🏽

More GREAT things coming soon. Love yall 🌊

As the crew’s cinematographer, I am very proud of the visuals we produce. We appreciate the love for the music vids, but our vlogs often get overlooked. Maybe it’s just me, but I love watching that type of media. It gives the viewers a sense of ‘reality’ and it showcases the things we go through (few bad, mostly good) behind the music. Whenever you have some time, please check out our vlogs or as we call it, our “IN REAL TIME” series. There’s a playlist in our channel that has’em all.

Also, subscribe. We got some awesome music videos dropping all year starting this week 😎

Thank you.

All glory to the Almighty. We couldn’t have done this without your guidance, Lord Jesus.

My wife @aubree_noreeyo , thank you for believing in me, in us. You continue to PUSH me to be great and without you, I lose my invincibility. You are my superpower. I love you baby.

Thank you to the sponsors that helped build this to be the event that it was. WAV WEEK leading to TW3 was just beautiful. Working towards a goal and actually reaching it..the feeling is unmatched.

My brother @aubzhuerbana keeps me freshly faded weekly. That ‘WAV DEMON’ design on my head? That’s his doing. The BEST BARBER in Las Vegas.

Thank you to my bro @dezzydez_hi for having me sport @ltdaddiction ‘s “KALIHI OG” tee. You’re right, I do this for the hood. Not to glorify the struggle, but to shed light on the dream chasers and hard workers that are raised within it.

Thank you to the friends, fam and fans that got on this ride and continue to support the WAV. We’re nothing without you.

Major thanks to @creedchameleon for always believing in me. I’ve done so many awesome things because of your faith in me, bro. Hell, I was just ON STAGE with you and @tassho ! You guys are forgiven for choosing da kine instead of me for FTB 🥹

My RLST brothers also came through as always. Regardless if the whole squad pulled up or just a few, yall believed in me when we recorded things off of Office Depot computer mics, that’s real love. @faekbrand worldwide baby!

To my WAV brothers, I can’t even fathom doing any of this without yall. @mchl_angl_ that includes you brother. I love yall…What a fucking ride. And to think, this shit just started. Crazy…

These impeccable shots were taken by the beast @helloteef aka “Boss Lady” 📸

And shoutout to local boy @jag_gatz & @phillipwolf
U Fakas was meant for Hawai’i FOREAL KIIIINE BRAH 😂🤙🏽

“It was all a dream.. but now I’m the fkn author of this magazine” - WAV WEEK RECAP / August 2026

No time to wish for things, just make it happen. Living proof that nothing is impossible to attain.

Infinite love to my WAV brothers who have been the anchor and inspiration to keep it moving through the tides. Cant thank yall enough. To my HI fam @lightsleepers and @spel_killz, thank you for believing in me as well and continuing to inspire me through the years. Don’t sleep.

Honolulu, love you to death. TIL the next one. But I promise, more WAVs coming thru. Mahalos to all who rode with us and supported the journey 🌊

I LEAN ON THIS EVERYDAY⬇️
God, when I do not understand what is happening, help me trust that You are still leading me. Teach me to rely on Your wisdom, not my own.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” - Proverbs 3:5.

Hawaii, THANK YOU. I promise we’ll be back. 🙏🏽🤙🏽
