We had the pleasure of collaborating on three nights with the @tastingcollective and creating a special menu for 240 foodie guests.Highlights included platters of miso-cured black cod, individual buttermilk panna cotta with candied pecans and XO- braised pork shoulder paired with @conurwines Pinot Noir 🍷

Also, we learned more about Chef @erikvankley ‘s inner workings than ever before (hand-walking? Goodles? How weed led him to the kitchen?) so thank you everyone for the great questions! Thanks for joining us on these special nights 🍴#pdxrestaurants #pdxfood #pdxfoodies

My time at Bullard and Holler Hospitality has been filled with so many great memories. It has been one of the hardest yet most rewarding jobs I've had. I can't say enough how much I appreciate every single person on this team. A special thanks to @jenquisty and @dougiepdx for giving me an opportunity to make Bullard Tavern my own.

Goodbye for now ✌️🏽

2021 was. a lot.
the year started off terribly but as the months went on i was able to feel at least a tiny bit better.
talked to shitty tinder dudes, went on some shitty dates. hung out with my friends a bunch. left to alaska and lived there for 4 months, exploring with friends i made there and having an awesome summer.
came back home, got a job at spirit halloween. then after spirit i got hired at starbucks! went to a fuckton of concerts, 10 of em within 3 months.
i got 11 tattoos this yr. dyed my hair a lot. cried a lot. got a new coping mechanism.
don't know how to feel about this year, truly. but at least i have good memories to look back on.

This year was hands down the best year yet. Also some of these photos are kinda iffy…but oh well.

✨2021 highlights✨

• moved to downtown Houston to go to UH
• started to get into health/fitness where Sami and Nathan (my 🔥🔥 trainers) helped me immensely 🥺💜 also got into weight lifting and top roping (tried bouldering but it’s too hard 🥴)
• met some awesome people at UH (sorry couldn’t fit everyone. I realized I take way too many pictures)
• went skydiving and it was pretty awesome. Probably one of my greatest accomplishments this year lol.
• moved to Alaska for work and lived on an island. Also did a lot of exploring and went on some cool adventures. Met some awesome people there, too 🐋⛴🏔
• Fall semester was crazy. 😆 but awesome 🙌🏼 so much happened this semester
• also the 8th picture is just espresso coffee 😅😅😅

Let’s turn up and have another amazing year 🥳🙌🏼
