I bring the gym to you.

You don’t need a gym membership to get stronger. Whether we’re training in your home, apartment gym, a park, or another space that works for you, I’ll build workouts around your goals and the equipment you have.

This session is proof that a resistance band can deliver a challenging full-body workout when it’s programmed with purpose.

If you’ve been wanting to get stronger but haven’t known where to start, I’d love to help.

I came across this photo & wanna share an imperative part of my early life. T&Philip. When I was a kid living in Ft. Lauderdale, my parents had fulltime careers so they needed help w my brother and I. Mom was a therapist during the early 2000’s, working w a gay population who were HIV+. She was amazing & helped many people. It was another world back then & in Florida not LA. My mom ended up forming a great relationship w one of her clients, Tim, to the point where she had to choose between having a professional or personal relationship w him. Luckily, she chose the latter. Both T & his partner Philip ended up being our nanny’s & quickly turned into family. People would tell my parents that it wasn’t a good idea to have a gay couple around us but my mom is a fucking G & loves everyone so she ignored the ignorance. They’d care for us, pick us up from school, take us to practice, pull pranks on us, take us to the beach, bring us to Panthers games... T&Philip are the reason I stumbled across the idea of acting. As a kid, I was obsessed with films. I’d have sleepovers at their place & watch films all night. They had shelves of dvds, it was heaven. Plus I got to see films that my parents might not have let me see😆
They suggested to my parents that maybe I would like getting into acting. My parents agreed that if they helped with taking us to auditions then why not try it out. From there on out, they’d drive me to auditions in Miami traffic, sat in waiting rooms & came on set with me. When I started coming out to LA for periods of time, they’d fly out and stay with me. They helped me discover the thing that gives me joy and makes me feel alive & I don’t know if I would’ve discovered it if it weren’t for them. They were like a second set of parents to me. I’m lucky they were able to see some of my success, but they passed away so young before they could see my biggest acting accomplishment thus far, Hesher. That’s something that has always torn me up inside because I wish they could’ve seen my first big accomplishment. Every time I feel like giving up, I always think of them. I wanna make them proud & thank them for giving me purpose.

Love and miss you, T & Philip❤️
