POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night, my heart started beating like crazy right before downbeat—not from nerves, but from sheer excitement for what was about to happen! What an amazing time playing Mahler 3 with this killer horn section in the Champaign-Urbana Symphony! Always great to have enthusiastic students in the audience, too! 🥰📯💪🏼

Illinois State University Symphonic Winds —> Wind Symphony 📯 This past year of music at ISU has been absolutely wonderful! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to make music w/ the Symphonic Winds and the Wind Symphony ensemble at ISU! It was als a great last semester w/ Univeristy Glee! I can’t wait to see what the future holds!

I may have forgotten to post this but that’s okay!! I also got to meet someone pretty cool@scottlegerhorn (last slide). This was the Last Symphonic Winds Concert of the year!! Repertoire: Rising Light by Kevin Charoensri, Angles In the Architecture by Frank Ticheli, and Jedi Steps/ Finale from the Force awakens by John Williams!! It was a great semester and an even better first year of College!!

Just a little jury rehearsal
Day 10?/200
BOW RANT
I forgot my main bow at home so I’m using one that hasn’t been re haired since before I was born..
It’s so flipping hard to make anything sound decent and almost impossible to hit the harmonica nicely.
That’s it. I’m excited to do my jury.
