Rotational sport. One-sided demands. Train accordingly.

Single-leg work → because you throw off one leg, swing off one leg, and steal off one leg. Bilateral only gets you so far.

Anti-rotation work → because power isn’t about spinning harder. It’s about resisting rotation so the force you create actually gets transferred to the ball.

That’s how you turn weight-room strength into bat speed and velo.

Every MAP athlete gets programming built around what the sport actually asks of their body.

This is what a typical Wednesday or Thursday during a home series looks like for me. I usually start my day off with coffee and supplements. Electrolytes and Creatine mainly. Then head to the gym. The gym has always been a place that I can acquire some momentum to start my day.

My lift was chest and triceps that day @crunchnewport

- I started with BB Bench. I worked up to a 1 RM of 315 and then did 225x8.
- Incline DB Bench 3x5-8 after the warm up I used the 100s and super setted that with a front raise chest fly amrap.
- 3xAMRAP on rope tricep pull downs.
- 3xAMRAP on BW dips

Lastly I did a 1.5mi treadmill jog 👊🏻 using my @otfcincywest band to track it.

3 guys came in for early work that day for swings. Videos of those sessions will be out soon.

Following that I had lunch and did some work before heading out to practice at 12:15

We structure our offensive development in-season off of what we could potentially see during the weekend. So shapes in the cages are as close as we can manipulate them on the jr hack and then I like to throw mixed bp on the field as well.

Headed back into the offices to work on defensive positioning, base running, and the pitcher scout for our series vs Oakland.

Lastly, I have a 30 minute commute home where I get my Spanish work in using @pimsleur on the way home and got to enjoy the night with my family 🤟🏻.

Barrels loud. 🚀⚾️🥎

Nothing but damage in this carousel—our baseball and softball athletes putting baseballs on notice and sending them over fences.

This is what happens when hard work meets confidence, when reps turn into results, and when preparation starts showing up under the lights. 💥

Different swings. Same outcome. 🏠🔥

If you’re ready to hit with more power, more confidence, and more consistency… it’s your turn.
