We had the 25th time overall and the 6th time in our AG at Worlds.

Niels and I are endurance athletes. He comes from swimming and triathlon, and I spent years running. Raw strength isn’t our biggest asset, so execution has to be.

Sled pull isn’t a strenght station, it’s a skill station 👇

A few things that make a huge difference:
Count your pulls before the race.
Let the stronger athlete take the first pulls—they’re the heaviest because the sled is furthest away.
Rehearse every transition. Know when to step out, which side to exit, where to drop the rope, and exactly where your partner picks it up.

In HYROX Doubles, smooth transitions are free speed.

The teams that look strongest are often just the most organized.

Hope this helps 💙🤝

You have something a billion people wish they had: the ability to move.

Your body is a privilege. Treat it like one 🫵

Save this workout, absolute banger 👇

Every 4:00 × 15 rounds (60 min):

* 20 hard reps StrengthErg
* 20 single-arm kettlebell deadlifts
* 20 hard reps StrengthErg
* 12 deficit step-back lunges (25 kg)

The goal isn’t to go all-out; it’s to maintain the same power output on every StrengthErg set despite accumulating fatigue.

Why the single-leg work? Hyrox is largely a series of single-leg movements. Building unilateral strength and stability helps you produce force more efficiently and exposes weaknesses that bilateral exercises often hide.

💡 IF you don’t have a StrenghtErg available; change to a barbell squat with relatively low weight! 🤝
