Cheers to the end of 2023 ! 🥂✨
What a wild & crazy ride being back in sonoma county.
Car accident, route setting, Orange theory, 24 hour fitness, house sitting, body work, personal training, landscaping; work work work.
Thoroughly grateful to all my friends that remind me there is more than work ! That get me back in my body and remind me to play and to PLAY HARD!
Hugs and laughter and deep talks and adventure truly helped me make it through the year. ❤️ Some of my best friends had their first babies and it was such a treat to hold them for the first time, in some senses it feels like a coming of age in a new era of life. I’m still a big kid though and striving to continue being my best self. Calling in a big beautiful year for us all ! One filled with joy, clarity, drive, and love.
Keep up your rituals, stay true to your practice, pray for the world and our goodness. Every moment matters and is an opportunity to love. Love love love. ❤️✨
