Happy 30th birthday to my best friend, husband, partner, love of my life and soon to be dad! 🤍

This last year was so special, and I already know this next one is going to be even better. I feel so lucky I get to do life with you and can’t wait for everything this year has in store for us!

I’m Hunter Wookey, a licensed occupational therapist with a passion for sleep science and helping adults get the rest they deserve.

Improving my own sleep had a significant impact on my health and daily life, which inspired me to help others do the same. Sleep is one of the most powerful and overlooked pillars of overall well being, affecting everything from your mood and energy to your focus and long term health.

On this page, I share practical, evidence based sleep tips to help you sleep better at night so you can feel and perform better every day. Whether you’re struggling with insomnia, poor sleep quality, or simply never feeling rested, I hope you find something here that helps.

I’m also excited to work one on one with people who want to improve their sleep and make lasting changes. Send me a message to connect!

Well, a persistent chill in the air reminds me that indeed, Summer has gone all too fast - though not without days full to the brim with sunshine, connection, growth, grind, and joy! ☀️ Summer around here (as I’m sure it is for most) is play hard, play fast. A season filled with adventure, routine, and a stretched calendar - a clear sign of vibrant LIFE 🤍 Grateful
