Time to SHEARTHESHEEP, as they say. Started at a YMCA in Sellersburg, Indiana as an oddly shaped and chubby 12 year old in 2006.

50 is coming… and I’m not tiptoeing into it. 😂🔥

If you’ve been watching from the sidelines thinking…

“I’ll start Monday.”
“I’ll start when life settles down.”
“I’ll start when I’m ready.”

Well… how long have you been saying that? 👀

I’m heading home and I’m giving us 4 WEEKS TO RESET.

Not to be perfect.
Not to punish ourselves.
Just to get back to doing the things that make us FEEL GOOD again. ❤️

And because it’s my birthday month… I’ve got a Birthday Special for anyone who messages me. 🎂🎁

Then comes the part I’m REALLY excited about…

🤫 The NEXT 4 weeks.

I’ve got something EPIC up my sleeve and I’m keeping it off Facebook for now. 😂

Want the birthday special AND the secret? Follow for more tips be sure to save for when you need this. #birthday #celebration

🔥 Message me “50” and I’ll spill the tea. ☕️👀

Form check.
Been working on getting more lat activation from the bottom because the bar drifts slightly to the front causing me to shoot my hips first.
Also I tend to forget to push through my big toe, which gives me less quads from the bottom, so sometimes I feel like I’m basically RDL’ing the weight up.
