Basketball Saskatchewan is excited to welcome the newest addition to our team, Technical Director Shane Osayande!

As an alumni of the @huskiembb and the Saskatchewan Rattlers, Shane is looking forward to his return to SK and working to give back to the game that provided so much to him.

If you would like to have Shane come to your club/community please reach out to him at td@basketballsask.com

Please drop a comment to welcome Shane to the BSI family!

Separation → Advantage → Shot

This drill starts with separation, giving the shooter an advantage coming off staggers and pin downs.

The defender’s job is to close the gap by chasing the screen, recovering to the shooter, and working on contesting without fouling.

Offence: create separation, get your feet ready, and knock it down (no fly by shot fakes)

Defence: chase, recover, contest — all without giving up the foul on shooter

Game-speed reps. Competitive habits 🐾
