🎀✅Officially reformer certified ✅🎀

2 months later and we did it!! These last few months have been such a journey. Learning a whole new modality, teaching mat, all while working a corporate job and balancing my family, friends and self care has taught me what balance truly means, intentionality with my time, !!self care!!, if you want something you have to truly put everything you have into it, and rest both mentally and physically. I can’t thank @pilates_thierry_llc enough for all the time, patience, care, and intentionality that you put behind every single program! I’ve learned and continue to learn so much from you, appreciate every ounce of you!! Excited for all that is to come your way!! Thank you for the community you have built, it’s something I’m so appreciative of, these girls, this family, I love it all.

@reclaimpilatesbycarissa I appreciate you SO much! First mat training then reformer together! I’m excited to see all the amazing places you go ♥️ I’ve made a lifetime friend

Now time to soak it all in :) more to come soon 🤫

Watching the newest Pilates Thierry graduates step into their teaching era has been nothing short of incredible. Each of you embodies the discipline, integrity, and quiet confidence that this training stands for—and seeing you represent @movestudiosusa so beautifully fills me with pride.

There is a glowing, peaceful, almost meditative energy that surrounds this group—one rooted in presence, precision, and care. You move with purpose. You teach with clarity. You lead with calm strength.

This is what it looks like when education meets environment, when hard work meets grace. I am so proud of every single one of you for honoring the process, supporting one another, and carrying this work forward with humility and heart. The future of Pilates is bright—and you are a beautiful part of it 🤍
