DEATH DISCO PRESENTS:
ANJA HUWE / XMAL DEUTSCHLAND LIVE IN ATHENS!
GAZARTE GROUND STAGE | FRIDAY NOVEMBER 13

There are moments when everything aligns in ways that seem so unexpected, and this issue itself serves for example. REDЯUM, my fourteenth issue (290 pages), chronicles my unforgettable journey to the 2026 A Murder of Crows festival in New York, where pages reflect experiences I never expected to have. The title gives a nod to Stephen King’s iconic mystery, where a mirror reflection of the word “REDЯUM” unexpectedly reveals itself to read “MURDER,” making it the perfect common thread to this remarkable event. None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity extended my way, from Sean Templar’s guest list access to the heartfelt hospitality of WINKIE, who welcomed me into their home and made this adventure financially possible. Artists performing at the Bowery Ballroom are listed below. This issue is dedicated to each of you! 🦇 FRI SEP 4: Guilty Strangers, Nyx Division, Creux Lies, Rosegarden Funeral Party, and Anja Huwe (of X-Mal Deutschland). SAT SEP 5: Modele, Entertainment, Tragic Black, Blacklist, and Kommunity FK. 🦇 Features also include The Sweet Kill, Then Comes Silence, Daniel Knutz, BlakLight, Tiny Magnetic Pets, Proles, and Jeffrey Phillip. 🦇 Specials include Undercurrents and Batlings. 🦇 Sections include faSHEn (by Kristeen Young), Prey Poetic (by Kaytee Thrun), Cemetery Cinema (reviews by Hororhaus), Bar Bats (reviews by Tokyo Teens), Art + Photo, music reviews, and book reviews (by Jeffrey Phillip). 🦇 Special thanks to this issue’s zine team: Kristeen Young, Kaytee Thrun, Reuben Bettsak of Ex-Hyena, Scott Harris of Hororhaus, Jimmi B of Tokyo Teens, Jeffrey Phillip, Nika Kretov, Nadine Dinter, Melanie of Shades of Violette, Jennifer Morgan Brill, Antonio G, raisnskull aka djskulltek, John Begley, Anna Rose Greenberg, DJ Sara Vox, and Natalie Undead. 🦇 Remember that hearing positive feedback means absolutely everything to artists and creatives alike—so let’s please hear from YOU! 🦇🖤 Give these artists each a follow, listen, and download on Bandcamp. #AMurderOfCrows #amoc #CrowsNYC.
