No airflow. A tripping breaker. An emergency call that needed answers. 🔧⚡

On this York system, I checked incoming power, traced the blower circuit, and found the control board wasn’t sending power to the motor. Further testing identified an internally grounded blower motor.

During diagnosis, I reproduced the breaker trip and showed the customer the same issue he’d experienced—giving him a clear explanation of the failure and the repair needed.

With approval, I sourced the parts and replaced the blower motor, capacitor, and control board to complete the emergency repair.

Find the fault. Explain the findings. Get the customer taken care of. 💪

What an insane trip! I’m truly blessed to be in this position and beyond grateful for the opportunities that have come with it.

DEWALT was actually my very first set of tools, and looking back, I’m so glad I made that decision. But after this trip, I can say it’s about so much more than just how good the tools are.

I showed up surrounded by a massive group of people I had never met, and somehow I left feeling like family. We all come from different parts of the world, work in different trades, and have completely different backgrounds, but there was always something we could relate to and connect over.

The DEWALT team truly impressed me. I’ve always believed you can tell a lot about a company by the people behind it, and after spending time with this crew, I can 100% say these people genuinely love what they do. The passion, energy, and way everyone treated each other made this experience something I’ll never forget.

And Instagram limits how many people I can tag, because there are SO many more people I wish I could include in this post. Just know I appreciate every single person who made this trip what it was.

I’m excited to see what the future holds. @dewalttough is BUILT DIFFERENT.
