Klaus.

Three compositions. One symphony.

Each Klaus beverage is a study in balance and craft. The Mezzrole (lime, spicy ginger, mirin) for a sharp, spirited tempo. The Bosphorus (apricot, bergamot, rose) for an aromatic, floral movement. The 1851 Zombie (pineapple, citrus, cherry, cinnamon) for a complex, bold crescendo.

We are humbled to see this approach to liquid architecture recognized across the culinary and creative world. From articles in the @latimes & @bonappetit to the highest honors at the High Spirits Awards and the Clio Awards for creative excellence the response has been a powerful refrain.

But the most meaningful reviews come from you:

"The most well-crafted infused drink I’ve ever had."

"You have a winner. Hands down the best."

"Far and above the best I’ve ever tried."

This is just the overture. Thank you for listening.

Explore the full portfolio at the link in our bio.

Klaus cares. Now in New York and New Jersey.

The good folks over at @hvgrounded tapped in with us to bless the city with some burgers and good energy. We slid through, showed love, and kept it solid like we always do. Pull up to their spot, catch a vibe, connect with some real ones and experience somethin’ even greater than what’s on the menu.

Klaus Mezzrole.

What Louis said.

A nod to Mezz Mezzrow—jazz’s most infamous botanist and Louis Armstrong’s preferred source of inspiration. This cocktail balances bright lime puree against the slow burn of Pickett's spicy ginger, with a subtle depth from a splash of dry mirin, an echo of chill in a midnight lounge.

Less a drink, more a conversation.

GOLD: LA Hi6h Spirits Award

Klaus™ Bosphorus.

Where two worlds embrace.

The Klaus Bosphorus is a liquid confluence, where bright citrus and floral elegance merge with the depth of apricot and bergamot’s aromatic intrigue. Inspired by the liminal, it balances the familiar and the exotic, much like the strait for which it is named.

A masterful companion to richly spiced dishes, it unfolds with layers of lemon zest, and a whisper of rose. The palate is enlivened by a subtle tang, while the finish lingers with the quiet energy of sun-washed terpenes.

Neither overwhelming nor fleeting, it is a drink of contemplation and vitality—an invitation to savor, to converse, and to imagine distant shores.

@hvgrounded

Klaus is more than a drink. It’s an even, a rare and singular moment, like the universe itself deciding to pause and acknowledge something truly exceptional.

Unique? Certainly. Unparalleled? Absolutely. Nonpareil? Without fucking question.

In a world where mediocrity reigns, Klaus rises above. Crafted by Warren Bobrow, drink it and see for yourself.
