What an amazing weekend of competing. Honestly this is something I could have only dreamed of happening when I first started @blacklisted.hq . We had a team in London, masters at an in person semifinals in Birmingham AL and two clients out in AZ sitting on podiums.

Huge shout out to @srianabiegert for making this possible and getting the masters collective, who were all pleasantly surprised to be receiving in person semis invites, to the finish line. The fire is lit and you guys are all ready to bring it in training! Absolutely crushed it out there. Bri, we could not ask for a better coach!

Coaching comes in so many waves. Having done this for 13 years now there is always a new batch of athletes to develop. It’s great watching their growth, and boy did the WFP help this team grow this weekend. Stepping into some large shoes they threw down hard, and learned so many lessons. They worked very well together as a team communicated well and had no quit in any of the workouts. These guys all have a very bright future and I cannot wait to watch them on their next comp floor!Well done team!

Last but not least we had a mom daughter combo get 2nd in their respective divisions @thecactusgames this weekend! So cool to see two generations stepping onto the podium!

More to come in the future but thank you to everyone who made this weekend possible!

My goals for the weekend were simple: compete pain free and finish somewhere in the middle of the leaderboard. I’m proud to say I accomplished both. And honestly, the pain-free part was the biggest win of all 🙌🏼

What made the weekend even more special was the support surrounding me. Whether you came in person, bought a shirt, sent a message, or cheered me on from afar—thank you. Truly. Having people in your corner means more than you know.

I’ve been counting down the years until I’d officially be “masters” in CrossFit… and here we are. Competing with the younger crowd is always fun, but looking around this weekend at the incredible women 35+ was something special. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to keep doing this sport as we age—then add in careers, kids, injuries, and life. It was inspiring to witness and even more meaningful to relate to.

@magiccity.games put on a great competition with fun workouts and I was so happy to be part of it!

Same time next year?

These women are incredible. They pushed to the very edge of the redline and never let go. And they did so with grit and grace. Honored to have been a part of this group of strong women both mentally and physically. Learn, grow, and soak it in. There’s no other group I’d rather look hilarious with doing burpee box jump overs in a helmet 😉

Blacklisted is rolling deep in semi’s this year. We have 28 (!!!) semifinalists competing over the next 6-weeks so be sure to keep an eye out for these names on the leaderboard.

Time to showcase that hard work athletes. Let’s get it!
