I love a 190e but HWA have taken it to the extreme and whats not to love! Powered by a 3.0l twin turbo V6 and produces around 500 to 525hp and 600nm of torque limited to just 100 units worldwide it has a 50-50 weight distribution.

Then HWA thought why not make a racecar (HWA Evo R) and take it to the 24hrs of Nurburgring to compete in the SP-X class where they cane 2nd, 3rd and 4th. This year they entered into the shoot out at Goodwood Festival of Speed where it did a 52.34s run beating the likes of the Aston Martin Vantage GT3 and the Ferrari 296 Challenge!

Wheels with tyres then mounted on, the crew proceeded to fire this Pagani Huayra R's incredible V12R engine up into glorious life. Entirely bespoke developed by legendary race engineering outfit HWA AG specifically for the R, the 6 liter powerplant uses a 200 bar direct fuel injection system to produce 850 hp at 8,250 rpm, 750 Nm of torque peaking from 5,500 to 8,300 rpm, and revs out to a fully scorching 9,000 rpm.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It also emits quite simply 1 of the most fiercely stunning, operatic NA big-12 soundtracks anywhere, akin to the sounds of those iconic 1980s V12 powered F1 racers just as Horacio intended. Even just idling there before being pedaled up into mid-throttle warm up revs, you didn't simply hear it - indeed its sonically intense aural harmonics reverberated right through your very core itself, leaving no doubt whatsoever that this is a highly special drivers' machine.

The 300CE-24 AMG 3.4 - such a beautiful coupe in this stunning 481 Bornite color.
The guy who ordered it in 1992 made a good choice. The Aero 3 wheels in body color round it perfectly up.
By the way: did you guys already see that @hwaag_official is going to build another car? they already gave a little spoiler. In my eyes it’s going to be a Hammer Coupe 2.0! Lets see! Maybe my so called Baby Hammer gets a younger brother 😅

Für Bestzeiten im eigenen Garten. 🏎️💨

Some ideas are simply too remarkable to remain in the past.

HWA is teasing their next project, and we could not be more excited about what's coming.

Following the HWA EVO, the Affalterbach-based outfit is revisiting another extraordinary chapter of its engineering heritage. Staying true to its origins while exploring the possibilities of modern technology, a familiar idea is taking on an entirely new form.

For those who know, the silhouette might already tell a story. For everyone else, the wait will be worth it.

More will be revealed soon.
