Looking forward to inversions this month. Who wants to join me? Reposted from @cyogalife Announcing July’s challenge: #FunkyYogaPractice. It’s about time we dedicated a whole challenge devoted to our strength, arm balances and inversions. I added a spin🌀 to it and made it ALL ‘funky’ or ‘asymmetrical’, where we keep on hand and opposite forearm down. I like these poses because it makes our brain 🧠 work trying to figure things out, and they’re clever alternatives if someone has a wrist/shoulder issue🙌🏻. Though they’re mostly arm balances and inversions, you will also find some backbends, hip openers, twists and splits thrown in, to work on our practice all around!!🔥 Some will be well known asanas, others might be new, but that’s part of the excitement. I guarantee you’ll find some of them easier than the ‘regular’ version, but others will be trickier…which ones? let’s find out and join me during this month full of balancing, exploration and fun times assured💥!! Just like we do every month, to join you just have to: 1️⃣ follow @cyogalife 2️⃣ repost this, comment, tag 2 friends 👥 (easier to finish!) 3️⃣ participate and post using #FindYourBind Besides my daily pose & caption, my fellow helpers Shire @shiremaclo and Garry @gmcyoga, will provide with alternatives and further insights. Plus, awesome gifts at the end for the winners🎁🎊🎉!!! Ready?? Jump in and let’s have fun!! We start July 1st…⚡️
