A Special Shout-Out to Madalena from Guest Relations
Madalena genuinely cared about my well-being. I was already feeling unwell before arriving at the hotel, and she kindly checked on me several times, asking if there was anything she could do to help.
When you are away from home and not feeling well, having someone show genuine concern and take the time to ask how you are doing means a lot. It makes you feel cared for, even when you are far from home.
Madalena was simply doing her job, but she did it with kindness, thoughtfulness, and genuine care. To me, that is what outstanding hospitality is all about. I wanted to give her this special shout-out because her concern made a difference in my stay.
Thank you, Madalena, for making me feel cared for when I needed it most. You are a wonderful example of what hospitality should be!

Augusto and Iris Make the Difference!

Augusto and Iris are truly a wonderful team! During breakfast at ViseVersa, Augusto went out of his way to serve me promptly and attentively. His energy and genuine eagerness to help stood out, especially when others seemed less engaged.

Iris has a beautiful, genuine smile that instantly brightens your day. Seeing both Augusto and Iris greet guests with such warm smiles makes the entire experience even more special. Their sincere hospitality, attentive service, and quick response made me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. However, what truly makes this hotel memorable is not just the food or the facilities, but the people who bring the place to life.

I love this hotel so much that I returned just two days after my previous stay, and it was absolutely worth coming back!

This is what makes guests want to return. Excellent service, genuine smiles, and people who truly care can turn an ordinary breakfast into a wonderful start to the day. Augusto and Iris are shining examples of how hospitality should be delivered.

Amandine a participé à l’ALTS, un salon dédié aux professionnels du tourisme.

Entre deux rencontres, Lisbonne s’est dévoilée en tuk-tuk, et les soirées ont aussi réservé de beaux moments de partage. Mention spéciale pour la dernière, organisée dans un fort à Cascais, face à l’océan. 🌊
