I've been there. And I know that the closer race day gets, the louder those doubts can become.

You've put in the early mornings, the long hours, the sacrifices, and the work that nobody else sees. Don't let a few days of self-doubt make you forget all of that.

You don't have to feel ready every single day. Sometimes, you just have to trust the work you've put in and take it one step at a time.

Wishing every athlete at the start line the courage to trust themselves and enjoy the journey they've worked so hard for.
