POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

The funny thing is…

The move to 1L bottles didn’t come from some marketing meeting or some shitty business course.

It came from listening properly.

A couple months ago when @jnrvalets_ first started stocking the range, we pushed mainly 5L trade sizes because from a business perspective it makes the most sense:
• lower cost per use
• more product for the money
• better value long term

But then the real-world feedback started coming in.

Customers wanted:
• smaller entry points
• something easier to try first
• something they could pick up for personal use without dropping bigger money upfront

And honestly, that’s where a lot of businesses get it wrong.

They try forcing customers to think logically instead of understanding how people actually buy.

So me and Karl sat down properly and changed approach.

Instead of loading shelves with dead stock and forcing 5Ls that weren’t moving fast enough…

we switched strategy:
• lighter stockholding
• more 1L retail products
• faster stock movement
• easier customer entry point
• less risk for the distributor
• more people trying the range

Because once people actually USE the products properly…
that’s when the repeat orders start.

That’s how growth actually happens.

Not by chasing hype.
Not by pretending every customer is a trade buyer.

But by adapting properly to real demand.

That’s why today we supplied another load of 1L products to @jnrvalets_

Still building.
Still learning.
Still improving the system.

Real business isn’t perfect from day one.

You adjust.
You listen.
You improve.
You keep moving.

Ready for sales…
