We brought together our community of creators and media at @forgedbyrf to experience the all-new HOKA Clifton PRO 🏃🏻‍♀️⚡️

Sometimes we get so caught up with racing that we forget attending races is always an opportunity to reconnect, or even connect for the first time with people!

The people you meet along the way, whether during training or on race day itself, are truly one of the best parts of this sport. Those short chats and quick catch-ups might only be a brief 1–3 minute conversation, but they always feel just as warm and meaningful.

And then there are the strangers, fellow racers and spectators, who cheer you on without knowing a single thing about you. That’s what makes this community so special, and that’s what I love about it!

Not forgetting those who went out of their way to support you on race day, cheering you on and capturing those precious moments, as well as those who stood by you throughout the entire journey. And a special shoutout to the folks at @lululemonsoutheastasia VivoCity for supporting us when we’re just random uncles out here racing Hyrox! 😄 Thank you all so much!

So the next time you’re at a race, take a moment to catch up with people you haven’t connected with in a while. Strike up a conversation with someone new, you never know who you might meet in a setting like this that you wouldn’t encounter anywhere else. Show up a little earlier, and maybe linger a little longer too!

It’s back to rehab for now. No more intervals until further notice! Gave the Achilles a good and painful time these past few months, so it’s time to do the boring work and get them functioning properly again!
