BUFFALO SOCIAL CLUB RECAP 🥹💙

Buffalo… I honestly don’t even know where to begin.

When I first came up with the idea for Lumos Social Club, my goal was simply to introduce more people to contrast therapy. I never could have imagined it would grow into what it has today—a full-blown wellness festival centered around movement, recovery, and community.

Standing there Saturday and watching hundreds of people show up for themselves, support local businesses, cheer each other on, and really embrace wellness (and cold plunging 🥶) together was something I’ll never forget.

To every single person who bought a ticket, took a class, tried a cold plunge, visited our vendors, or just chose to spend part of your Saturday with us—thank you. You made this event what it was.

To our incredible instructors, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, and my unbelievable Lumos team… thank you for believing in this vision and helping bring it to life. I truly couldn’t do this without you.

There are moments as a business owner where you stop for just a second and realize, “This is exactly why I started.”

Saturday was one of those moments for me.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making our very first Buffalo Lumos Social Club so incredibly special. I left with a full heart, so much gratitude, and even more excitement for what’s ahead.

I’ll see you next year…

But hopefully, I’ll see you at Lumos long before then. 🔥🧊💙

There’s something really special about watching women come together to move their bodies, support one another, learn, grow, and leave feeling even more confident than when they arrived. ✨

This morning, LIGHTHAUS was filled with exactly that energy during the HYPE Buffalo: Hot Girl Pilates & Sculpt Event hosted by @hypebuffalo. From pilates & sculpt classes to wellness services, beauty treatments, shopping local vendors, handcrafted matcha and lattes, and so many meaningful conversations, it was a reminder of how powerful community can be.
