Comment ‘AGENT’ for the link!

It’s only 3 steps to build an AI agent.

It’s not nearly as hard as you think it is.

Seriously, even if you’ve never built one before.

If you don’t know, an AI agent is basically a coworker who can do tasks for you automatically using AI and the tools you give it access to through MCP connections.

And unlike a chatbot where you have to prompt it every single time, an agent runs completely on its own either on a schedule or triggered by an event. You just set it up once and it just works and does whatever task it’s programmed for (@hyperagentapp is the best!)

↳ Step 1: Tools & connections: Connect your existing tool stack that you want your agent to have access to. For this one I connected Gmail and Google Calendar.

↳ Step 2: Write the instructions for what you want your agent to actually do. Mine checks my email and calendar and researches the latest AI news every morning to prepare a briefing. The more specific you are here, the better the output!

↳ Step 3: Outcome: Decide how, what format, and when the results get delivered. Mine runs every morning and drops a Slack summary for my whole team.

Hyperagent agents run while you’re not there and they don’t replace your human team. They collaborate alongside them!

No matter where I am and what I’m doing (I could literally be on a keynote stage or hanging at the Eiffel Tower!!), my agents are on autopilot working hard in the background and collaborating with my human team.

I still love a Chanel bag. I just found a few things I wanted more in 2026.

I spent on better rooms. Better relationships. Executive coaching. Technology. AI. My health. And the infrastructure to build what comes next.

Because at this stage of my career, I’m thinking differently about discretionary income:

Not just “Should I buy it?”
But “What can this money make possible?”

The bag can wait.

I’m buying access, leverage, health and optionality first.

And yes, I still plan on buying another Chanel. 😉

What are you investing in this year that could compound?

I’ve been adventuring in Puglia while still getting all my content and work done, and have new workflows to thank for it. Hyperagent sets up agents with their own browser sessions, file systems and hundreds of integrations that can run infrastructure for your business. Teach it skills, it uses all of the popular models (what I did here was powered by GPT 5.6 Sol), and you can even chat and mention it in Slack. Really enabling for small, large and solo businesses! You can get the IG analytics skill I mention, in my profile.

I’ve more than doubled my business in the past year.

I’ve also never been more exhausted in my life.

I haven’t taken a real vacation in a long time…

So I set up a fleet of AI agents for my team, so I could go to Greece for 10 days.

And I actually unplugged 90% of the time. (I tried to unplug 100% of the time but I’m an obsessive entrepreneur)

Before I left, I set up three AI agents in @hyperagentapp , a tool that lets you deploy always-on agents connected to your existing tool stack.

Here are the 3 agents I built:

↳ A daily briefing agent that ingests my Gmail, Google Calendar, and an AI news feed every morning, prioritizes only high-priority stuff, and posts a Slack summary for my whole team.

↳ A blocker detection agent that monitors my Slack and email for threads where my team is waiting on my input for things like approvals and decisions. This is so helpful because I’m the biggest blocker in my company 😅

↳ A weekly content performance agent that pulls social media post data, identifies patterns in what’s working best, and sends my team an analytics breakdown.

The architecture is simple but so powerful: each agent has its own cloud login, connects to the tools you already use, and runs on a trigger (either a schedule or an inbox event).

And the cool thing is that they don’t replace my human team, they work in collaboration with them. And since they worked silently in the background, I was able to unplug a lot and keep my business running.

Hyperagent is giving away $500 in credits to the first 500 people to sign up.
