Delts and Chest feeling like they've been hit by a truck today which means I'm probably touching on my MRV as predicted! Time to rinse, repeat and GROW 🔄 #bodybuilding #pushday #posing

Optimal protein intake for muscle growth? I'm sure you've heard the rule of 1g/lb of bodyweight 💭 But where does it come from? Is it genuine research and does it matter? Check out the link in my bio for a very interesting debate (studies included)! ➡️ #fit #fitness #bodybuilding #Bodybuilder #naturalbodybuilding
