This is what happens when you say YES to random things! 🤣

I started out at Jake’s house dancing. From there we got invited to watch/support him and our fire dancing friends (who are unbelievably talented 🤩!!!) and they just so happen to practice in the most random church I’ve ever seen!!!

Some of the girls and I decided to explore and we found endless doors and rooms filled with creepy clowns and bunnies, random recording studios, beautiful chandeliers and peculiar paintings that just so happen to look exactly like your friend 😳 (honestly, it was creepy how similar they looked!!!), and to top it off, we ventured into a cellar with a mangled doll, cross, and a broken white circle 😱!

I called it quits after that 😅! Honestly, it was scarier than any haunted house I’ve ever been to and I’m not ashamed to say I slept with a light on last night 😂.

At one point, Prema said we can no longer make fun of the women in movies who go down a dark alleyway or do something dangerous that makes you say, “Don’t do it!” because we just did what all of those women do! SO TRUE 😂!

I loved every second of it, and now, the ghost girls are bonded for life 👻🙌😆.

My birthday dance was a magical experience! I have been dancing hard since October with @soulcoast.dance and in all of the the fusion/social spaces I can find! I am so grateful for all of the dancers that came out to dance with me on my birthday! The folks in this video are some of my favorite dancers - My personal dance has evolved and expanded because of each of these humans and their unique energies!

In these dance spaces they do “birthday dances” where there birthday person dances with everyone in one song! This was my first birthday dance; I have been witnessing these birthday dances all year… and as the performance artist that I am, I knew I needed a dress that would both spin and sparkle! I modified this dress that I actually found in my closet to be exactly what I wanted, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

I am also forever amazed by the human capacity to hold duality! With all of the joy and celebration, I’m also feeling a lot of heavy energy in the field right now. What better way to process than to dance it out! Moving and transmuting!

Summer Bingo is here at Divine Yoga Studios! ☀️✨ June 8th - July 31st!

Get playful this summer at the studio with our Summer Bingo challenge! Show up, try something new, connect with your community, and earn chances to win prizes along the way.

Here’s how it works:
• The first 3 people to get Bingo win a prize (Free 5 class pass, oils, etc)
• The first person to complete a Blackout wins the grand prize (1 month of Free yoga, oils, eye mask, wellness basket)
• Only 1 activity per sign off. Can’t mark off two squares with 1 class (ex. “attend a class at sunset” and “attend the sunset yoga hike with Nicole” need to be separate)
• You can’t win both Bingo and Blackout
• All squares need instructor sign-off, and when you’re done, turn your board in to an instructor
• If a square asks you to post or tag us and you don’t have social media, just send us your photos and we’ll share them for you!

Some of the squares include bringing a friend, wearing your Divine Yoga merch, attending different class times, leaving a Google review, trying a new instructor, and more.

Turn in your bingo card to an instructor when you’re done!

Sometimes I’m not totally sure what kind of yoga they’re trying to teach me… but its so fun, and one thing I have learned — handstand variations are endless, and apparently we can get very creative with them. :)
