Anybody salty? I think being indoors, not having constant interaction, and that our entire normal has been altered is impacting everyone. I know it has for me. ⠀

Some days, I'm very productive, other days, I just want to lounge. I personally think it's okay for both. ⠀
⠀
If you're struggling, here's what I do (I hope it helps)⠀
1. I start my day off with prayer, I have to find time with God and immediately thank Him for my day.⠀
2. Throughout my day, I stop and pray, like get on my knees and ask for God for help and strength. ⠀
3. I go on walks in the middle of the day. It's hot, but it helps.⠀
4. I go to the library every day. Lol. Libraries aren't open, but I check out books every day, I have about 27 on hold or in transit. I get lost in books and since I'm writing my second book I'm doing research and many of the books make me smile. (run-on sentences like these, won't be in the next book)⠀
5. I listen to podcasts (like mine the @findandsustain). <---check out our last episode of Season 3.⠀
6. I talk to my family and my friends... A LOT. ⠀
7. I dance. to anything. @beyonce @iamkierrasheard @andymineo --- JUST DANCE! ⠀
8. Did I mention I pray? ⠀

Thank you so much for the birthday love, cards, gifts, 😷 I appreciate the love. Love for me looks like support. I appreciate and am thankful for all of you supporting and cheering me on these last couple of decades. Even though the birthday wasn’t exactly how I planned, lol 🏝 🏖 , I’m alive, loved and blessed.

Growing up my dad would say there’s no such thing as being bored, you just have to be creative. So now I’m painting, talking to my plants 🌱, and whispering ‘hi friend’ as I look through the peephole when I hear my neighbors walk by. 😂
