Be honest with yourself.

If what you’re doing was working…
you wouldn’t still be here.

This is your window.

Get my free guide: How to Run Without Losing Muscle.

A lot of lifters avoid running because they think it’ll kill their gains.

And to be fair…
if you do it wrong, it probably will.

Too much running.
No structure around lifting.
Not eating enough to recover.

That’s how people end up smaller, weaker, and constantly tired.

Last year I actually ran a full marathon while still building muscle and getting stronger in the gym, so I had to figure out how to balance both properly.

This guide breaks down:

• How to add running without losing muscle
• How to structure your week with lifting as the priority
• The biggest mistakes lifters make when they start running

This isn’t a running plan.

It’s for people who lift first, but want to run without sabotaging their physique.

Comment Or DM RUN and I’ll send it over 🫡

Tomorrow night this closes.

Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy.
They fail because they keep telling themselves
“next week”, “next month”, “when things calm down”.

That’s how years pass.

This programme isn’t magic.
It’s structure.
It’s accountability.
It’s me in your corner making sure you actually follow through.

The lads and girls who joined this week didn’t suddenly become more motivated than you.
They just stopped waiting.

If your goal is fat loss, confidence, or finally feeling proud of your body in 2026 this is your window.

Doors close tomorrow night.
Once it’s shut, it’s shut.

DM “LAST” if you want in before it’s gone.

The body you want this summer is being built right now.

Not in May.
Not “after exams.”
Not when life calms down.

Now.

Every week you delay is another week reinforcing the same habits that got you here.

If not now… when?

Doors close Sunday.
This round is capped.
Once it’s full, that’s it.

You can keep saying “I will”…
or you can decide that this is the moment it changes.

DM me “LEVEL UP” and let’s build the version of you that shows up this summer with confidence.

𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒌 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝑰𝒔𝒔𝒂 🙏

It’s been an amazing 6 years with the main man himself from Gym Member 👉 Staff 👉 Head PT. From myself and everyone here at Scully Fitness we wish you all the best over in London ✈️ 🇬🇧

Losing 100 pounds, then motivating & training others to do the same, and just being an overall great character + personality around the place you will be sorely missed 😢

We wish you all the best in your new venture going 100% as an online PT, we have no doubt you will be a huge success! 🙌💯

The scariest part of change
is realising you’re not stuck.

You’re just comfortable enough to keep delaying.

Most people don’t fail.
They just keep choosing “later.”

Later when work is calmer.
Later when college eases up.
Later when life feels less busy.

It never does.

So the same year repeats.
Same body.
Same frustration.
Same promise to “be better next time.”

My 2026 programme isn’t about intensity.
It’s about removing the friction that keeps people average.

Not more motivation.
Not another burst of effort.

A system that holds you steady
when life tries to knock you off course.

That’s what actually changes people.

Doors close Sunday.

DM “2026” if you’re ready to stop postponing.

The hardest part of changing your body
isn’t the gym.
It isn’t food.
It’s breaking the version of you
that keeps going back to “I’ll start again Monday.”

Every year people tell themselves:
“This time I’ll stay consistent.”

And every year life happens.
Work. College. Stress. Nights out.
And the plan falls apart.

Not because they don’t care.
Because the plan doesn’t fit real life.

That’s why I built my 2026 programme the way I did.

Not extreme.
Not all-or-nothing.
Not built for fitness robots.

Built for people who want results
and still want a life.

You don’t need perfection.
You need direction.
And someone in your corner when motivation dips.

This isn’t a challenge.
It’s a way out of the restart loop.

Doors are open.
DM “2026”.
