Strength is potential. Expression is the skill.

Getting stronger gives you the potential to produce more force. Sprinting, jumping, and athletic movement are how you learn to use that potential at game speeds.

As we get later into preseason, we take the foundation we built in the offseason and early preseason, and learn how to express that force so it actually transfers to the court.

As the outputs go up, volume comes down, but intensity stays high. By now, quality is at its highest so that we actually get the changes and results we’ve been looking for.

We’re just a few short weeks away from the season, and guys are jumping higher, running faster, and becoming better players on the court. And that’s the true goal.

Power is in the details ✅

Isaac “Moonwalker” Smith is a 6’6” Class of 2029 guard who soars so high it looks like he’s walking on the moon. With off-the-charts athleticism, a “get a bucket” mentality, and stifling defense, he’s among the country’s elite.
