It’s always a party here at Pluckin fer Bucks, every other Tuesday at the Bovine, and everyone who spins the wheel walks away with something they didn’t have before. Bloom... 🌱
It was 5 years ago when I first experienced the predecessor of of this festival, it was my first ever festival. It opened my eyes to a new world.

As the years went by attending @bloomfestto changed my life, I found a community I love, people I adore and a family far away from home. People that truly make me believe in humanity.

This festival has given me so much:
It got me into dancing and expressing myself, and enabled a cascade of events that made me want to create art and I was able to bring it to share with you all.
It allowed me to find my partner and best friend,
It has given me so much...

This past weekend I was honored to be part of the people that made this amazing festival come true, I am glad to have worked alongside those who helped me find my new self. I appreciate every single one of you. I gave it my all, because I hope that I can one day also be the person a new raver can look up to.

Love you from the bottom of my heart!!! Can't wait to do this all over again next time 💚💚💚

Special thanks to those who inspire me, @dreamstateseven , @beth_hamersmash and all the hard work I have seen you do and many more who make the magic happen
And obviously to the three lovely organizers who make it all come true, and that believed in me enough to make me lead logistics: @sophia.alexandra.music @winsoundz @far__out
And to my sister for introducing me to this new world @violetsquares
Shout out to the best logistics crew ever: @i3.l.t , @sinasartip , coley , saba

This Sunday March 8th, my experimental bike film "velostravage/velostravaig" premieres at Long Winter x Geary Art Crawl.

Velostravage/Velostravaig: is a city-scale improvisation and partial archive. The film captures fragments of lives in motion. Through short vignettes and collected media, the film pieces together a story of movement, memory, and what it means to bear witness while riding a bike in a bustling metropolis.

The film will have a live improvised score written and to be performed by the industrial noise band "Asphalt Tomb".

You don't want to miss this. Tickets are PWYC at the door and the address is 300 Geary Ave. See y'all at the movies!!!
