Happy Birthday to one of the biggest pieces of my heart!

Anyone that knows and loves me, has to know and love you too. There is no room for negotiation. You are one of my constants and for that I will always be so grateful and thankful.

The way we met is now a legendary story, but our enduring friendship and all we have overcome is even better.

I am so immensely proud of the man you have become - you have managed to evolve each year into a better version of yourself while still maintaining the best qualities and characteristics from when I met you so many years ago.

This year my birthday wish for you is continued growth, self care, and finding a soft spot to land in every area of your life. It's what you're worth and it's what you deserve so very much.

You are a bright light in a very dark world. Thank you for helping to carry so much that does not belong to you. You do it out of love and it doesn't go unnoticed.

✨Chapter 48 ✨

My Birthday week has been nothing short of amazing and celebratory but more than ever, centered around gratitude and community.

My chosen family has seen the best and worst of me , and yet still decide to show up for me time and time again, even when I haven’t deserved it.

Especially during these unstable and uncertain times, knowing you have a tribe around you is essential and priceless.

I’m so grateful for the lessons, the wins, the laughs the pain, and even the grief and tears as it proves I’m alive and I’m blessed enough to keep going.

Thanks to everyone who has reached out over the last week in all the ways you can in 2026. I’m so appreciative of the love and I’m so happy I get to receive it fully present.

Last night was one for the books. 🥂
Class of 2005 pulled up to Peggy’s in Manhattan like we never left the hallways. About 20 of us… plus a couple brave spouses 😄

We took multiple photos, in multiple spots, using multiple phones … Until we got it Right! Blessings for Android cameras 😜 Not Mine. One camera is never enough for a 20-year reunion anyway.

We laughed, we caught up, we shared stories, and toasted to those still with us, and those who are no longer here. ❤️

Blessings as well to everyone who couldn’t make it or didn’t know about it, live far, small children, expecting, Plus one Brave FaceTime call 🤳who answered 😅—

Light food, good drinks, and even better people. What a blessing to reconnect.

Two decades later…
Half of 2025 is in the books! Shoutout to Class of 2005 (2004, & 2006) the first ever and original High School seniors of Riverdale Kingsbridge Academy!
We’ve gone our own ways, and many of us still connect—but the memories still stick.
