Welcome to The Hadleigh Movement 🌿

I’m Altay Erol, founder of The Hadleigh Movement — an outdoor movement community bringing people together through street fitness, movement and human connection.

What started with just me at an empty outdoor gym in Hadleigh Park has grown into something much bigger than just a meet-up group

It’s about getting outside. Getting stronger. Playing. Freestyling. Expressing yourself. Unleashing your inner child. Meeting new people from all different walks of life. Building friendships. And ultimately discovering what your body is capable of — Together 🙏

At the Park, on the Streets, By the Seafront. Outdoor gyms. In Nature. Anywhere, anytime!

And the philosophy doesn’t belong to me. Take it and make it your own. Get your people together. Friends, family, pets - Bring some equipment. Put some music on. Find a spot and just MOVE.

Our vision is to build the biggest outdoor movement community in Essex and make movement fun, social and accessible to everyone.

All ages. All abilities. All walks of life.

🌿 Move. Play. Connect.

Feel free to share this video and message with anyone you trust, love and respect who you feel would get value from what we do as a community

Love you THM family ❤️

And yet again … another beautiful evening over at Hadleigh Park for TGIF 🌅
Who would think we are in October? 🤔😎

People from different generations and walks of life coming together to be outdoors to move, get stronger and bond . That’s what The Hadleigh Movement is about 🤸🙏

Great work from our warriors - strong group circuits and great progress from all, getting stronger and discovering things about your body you didn’t know you were capable of 💪🏼💪🏼

Our First OFFICIAL THM SeaFront meet up 💪🏼

Upon arrival it was grey and miserable, rain in the distance… not looking too promising ☁️☁️🌧️

As we got into our circuits and then it started showering so we moved to an area with shelter and found the perfect playground for the rest of the session 😅

What a incredibly fun evening we had, 4 grown adults playing together like kids…

Remember to stay youthful and unleash your inner child THM family 😉
What fun we had this evening!!

See you next week for another SeaFront meet-up TBA

Another beautiful evening with beautiful souls at The Hadleigh Movement. 💚

The 5 of us got together for group circuits, skill work, reps, and plenty of shits and giggles in between. After training, we wandered over to the live 60s & 70s band, had a little boogie, skipped to keep warm, messed around on the parallettes, and finished the evening by picking fresh plums together. 🍑🎶

It’s moments like these that remind me what this community is really about. Not just training, but movement, connection, friendship, and making the most of spontaneous moments together ❤️

This isn’t a Workout. This is Proof.

It’s discipline that separates us. We train for legacy, every rep is proof, no one comes close to this energy.

In a league of our own 🚀
