HIM+ ATL PREMIERE 🎥

It truly takes a village to make these epic moments happen. To those of you that came out to support HIM+, thank you!! The theme of the night was community, and through your support, this night would have not been possible. I want to continue to thank @ala.chazam @jhaneal_kelli and @directorcreed for bringing this night to life, and bringing this cast together once again to celebrate this film. It all started with this cast and crew; @bryshanjw @sevenjamess @dupreetheartist @amefikaelamin @keeping_up_with_ame @jordanthedp this community of creatives, which felt so easy to work with. There was an alignment, a frequency, a vibration that we all shared in this process. I’m so excited for you all to see this film streaming SOON! 💫

‘Him +’

Here’s a sneak peek into my process and just some of the work I did to prepare for my role in ‘Him+.’ One of the reasons I enjoy working with @directorcreed is because of his deep commitment towards the craft of film AND acting. It’s such a pleasure to work with directors who pour into their actors just as much as they pour into the cameras and their crew. Creed’s expertise in music was a significant part of my process, which influenced Chris’s arc and essence in HIM+. Music bridged the gap between @ala.chazam beautifully written script and Creed’s direction for HIM+. Ultimately, this process helped me get to the heart of this character and step into the life of Chris as he faces life altering news that challenges his trajectory in life. Thank you @directorcreed @ala.chazam @jhaneal_kelli for taking a chance on me! I love collaborating, I love telling stories, I love my life!
