The best birthing gift ever 😍

My aromatherapist made me up this gorgeous gift box with all of the pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum essentials that I need. I’m a huge lover of essential oils so this is my favourite gift ever!

Included are the following products;
- I am with child stretch & scar body oil
- I am woman birthing & labour blend in a roller (only suitable from 37 weeks in small doses or during labour)
- I am calm baby bath wash
- I am calm body oil for baby massage (and mumma massage)

I got this from Melissa 4 days before I went into labour!! I had been using the clary sage blend roller multiple times a day up until the evening before I went into labour.

Sharing my DIY postpartum pad recipe for all the mums-to-be 💕

These frozen pads will be a lifesaver for soothing and healing after birth. With just a few simple ingredients – witch hazel, aloe vera, and lavender oil – they’re easy to make and give that much-needed relief in those first days.

Recipe per pad:
- 30ml witch hazel
- 1 tbs sleep Vera
- 3 drops of pure lavender oil

My journey from a dream to the successful launch of “Doctor Verena’s Kitchen: Eating for ultimate health made easy” has been nothing short of magical. Today, I am filled with gratitude and joy, looking back to last Sunday at the incredible support and love I have received. 🌟

Enjoy seeing the moments from my unforgettable launch event, the smiles that light up my face.

From the very first recipe test to the moment I held the printed copies in my hands, every step has been a labor of love. Seeing my cookbook around the globe, in your homes, hearing your stories of cooking and sharing these recipes with your loved ones, has been the greatest reward. ❤️

International Women’s Day is this Friday 👭

In business and in your personal life it is imperative to surround yourself with women who love you unconditionally, value your worth, cheer you on, applaud you when you share a win, hold your hand when are unsure, hug you when you need it, laugh with you at the silly things, keep you on task and in your lane when there are distractions, sends you messages just to check in, allows you to make mistakes but there to help you learn from them, never judges you, listens and I mean really listen which is a true discipline and most importantly- always send blessings your way 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️

This year I dedicate International Women’s Day to a woman who inspires me everyday and incredibly grateful that we can share this crazy ride together.

I absolutely love, cherish and admire her along with being in awe of her dedication, patience, tenacity with a wealth of knowledge and experience in her profession.

Success only happens after years of hard work - this woman has done that not only with her career but with her beautiful family.

What a week and last weekend was…

Nurturing my mind body + soul this morning soaking in a bath to cleanse, ground and repair my nervous system 🙌

The Tranquil + Calm bath salts are made slow, hand blended intentionally with plant ingredients and no toxins by Melissa @iamaromatics 💚🌿

I will redo this ritual tonight before bed but woke up this morning craving some me time inhaling these glorious essential oils in the bath salts 💦

We have had a name change…

We are now thirroul + co

Our store has evolved so much since opening in February 2019.

We were the first collective to open on the northern beaches and excited to bring this style of retail store to our village of Thirroul.

Curated and collaborated with local businesses with locally made products for our community.

We are forever grateful for the continued support of our local community and love meeting new visitors that come into our village for that extra special experience of shopping in our coastal country community.
