Taking a hiatus from my social media hiatus to pop on here and give a lil update. It was not even close to a perfect season, but it was absolutely progress in the right direction. It was only 7 months ago that I was terrified to run on the treadmill every day after my tibial fracture, hobbling at 8 minute pace for 2 minutes at a time, trying to fix my form again. So to even be able to stacks some weeks of training, run a big PB, and gain confidence again was a huge blessing. I’m so proud of my entire team for all of the work they have put in and their dedication to the sport and each other. They absolutely crushed it this season. You all inspire me every day. 💙 so beyond lucky and happy to be here. Time to get back to work!!!! #allin #stawp #seethegood
