3 years ago today…and I still talk to you like you’re right here.

Over 26 years of friendship. 💗A true best friend.💗

From high school at Centreville High School, to the same college at Christopher Newport University, and later (at different times in life) both earning our master’s degrees from George Mason University.

It all started in high school when we took the same SAT prep course, something so small that forever changed my life. We went from just knowing “of” each other since 6th grade, to quickly developing a close and deep bond!

You fought breast cancer with strength and grace, and when your fight was done, God called you home.

I miss you more than words can say.
Always my best friend. Always. 🤍

Who knew hair could hold so much meaning?

After cutting all off years ago when my best friend Pam started chemo therapy, I’m finally letting it grow back — and this is the longest it’s been in over 4 years! I miss you @iambattleready EVERY SINGLE day! Continue to RIH! 💕

Yesterday was an extremely hard day and the days following won’t be much easier. The greatest human friend I could have EVER asked for, is no longer suffering and is now at peace and rest.

My life was forever changed by @iambattleready when her and I became best friends over 26 years ago. And it will continue to be impacted by her legacy of faith and the woman she was, for the remainder of my days on this earth!

I’m going to miss you so freakin much, Pamela Wilson!!!

You took a chunk of my heart with you to heaven. Rest well sis. You left it all on the table, fought with everything in you, all while giving God all the glory and never wavering in your faith.

And just like that, 2022 is almost over. Did you get a chance to catch our Let's Chat series this year? We talked about living confidently, being organized, identifying and addressing burnout and heard firsthand from two breast cancer survivors about their personal journeys.

From the inception of Sow Cole Creations, it was more than just creating unique jewelry. It has always been about investing in women, as they navigate through life - sowing into them artistically and personally, encouraging women to be themselves. We launched our Let's Chat series, in 2021, where we talk about topics impacting the everyday woman.

Thanks to all of you that have joined in on the discussions, asked engaging questions, and shared your own experiences. We can't wait to continue this series with you!

Drop a few topics you're interested in chatting about in 2023 in the comments below. ⬇️
