Afrobeats workshop with @iambenjaminmj 🤩 our first and definitely not our last Afrobeats workshops, our students absolutely loved it!

Learning a new style that they have never tried before, it was so fun lively and different to what we usually do.

We are happy that we are able to continue to provide a range of dance classes, workshops and opportunities all year round.

DREAM BIG DEFY LIMITS

Stories of women who were taught to doubt themselves
To carry expectations that were never questioned
To live within limits passed down through generations

But something in them chose differently

These are the stories of unlearning of pushing back of quietly and boldly becoming
Of women finding their voice their space and their own rhythm

Stories of women who break the pattern
Who change the narrative
And who pass down something freer ✨
