so… almost a month ago now… I did an EP launch headline gig at @paperdressvintage and… I’d be lying if I said I was super happy with how the evening went. Was it the vibe? No. The venue? No. My band? Never. The amazing people who came? Absolutely no no no. It was just me who I was disappointed with. But hear me out…

I mean, I did name this EP, “everything’s fine”… so what did I expect really, considering all the emotions covered in this lil collection of songs? Life had been throwing itself at me for months, I’d been racing to get these songs finished, and this was it… the thing I’d been working so hard towards whilst juggling so many other things… happening… now. It had all built up to this release, on this day… and I wasn’t ready. I was overly anxious, all over the place, and just couldn’t sing or perform my best at all.

BUT to everyone that came, and to anyone who performed or helped out, i love you. You’re all incredible. I have so much love and appreciation to all of you, and you don’t know how much it meant to have a room full of people supporting me. Even though I knew I wasn’t at my best, you supported me anyway, and that’s beautiful. That’s what made it a GOOD night overall.

I am only posting about this now because it’s actually taken me until a couple days ago to look at any footage or pics. BUT here are the highlights 💜

Thank you sm @marianascreativityhub for the lovely photos and videos all evening 🔥 and to my amazing band @katiee__thomas @cj__951 and @ohnoitsnivmh and to the incredible supports @emilyvolt.music and @belikemilomusic and to @adamryan_42 and @bebethebarry who helped out on door and to @paperdressvintage sound, lights and staff for having me and putting up with my disorganisation all evening… and again to EVERYONE who came down or everyone that supported from afar but couldn’t make the night ✨

Also big thank you to @sar.ghaisan who MADE this beautiful top, wow! 🧚✨

Everything’s fine 💜 genuinely, this time (although I do have one more sad lil banger coming soon 👀 so well done if you read this far to find out) and I hope you all enjoy the EP! Thank you sm for all the support with streaming so far 🥹
