Sometimes you have to step back from the deals and remember what the deals are for.

While at DealCon, Brad Ball painted an original piece live, inspired by Circuit of the Americas.

It is now being auctioned to benefit The Slave Free Project, supported by Jason Sisneros, funding human-trafficking prevention, awareness, recovery, and rescue.

Private bids start at $500. Bidding closes November 5 at 5 PM CT. Winner announced November 8. Delivery is included.

Before SWS even started, there was this moment at the VIP dinner that I keep coming back to.

Brad Ball—who’s a good friend of mine and someone I get to work alongside in Committed—was there painting live all evening. Just doing his thing in the background while everyone was connecting and settling in.

At some point, my son Sebastian ended up right next to him, just watching.

And Brad didn’t brush him off or keep his space… he handed him the brush and let him be part of it.

That might seem small, but it’s not.

It’s the kind of thing that happens when you’re in a room with people who are secure enough to share what they’ve built instead of protecting it.

There were times I seriously considered walking away from golf. Four months off, endless doubts, wondering if all the effort was even worth it. But after those months without golf God reminded me that this journey isn't just about me or my scores. It's about growth, purpose and honoring him with the gifts he has given me

Today I am proud to commit to Central Christian College of Kansas to continue chasing that purpose. Every Struggle, every setback, has been apart of his plan to shape me.

I want to thank @hutch6464 for teaching me and believing in me, and my dad @iambradball for pushing me, motivating me, and never letting me give up.

I am so excited to see what The lord has planned for me!

Ever feel like you’re either too structured or too creative, but never both at the same time?

That balance is the real challenge of running a business.
Too much structure, and things get rigid.
Too much creativity, and things get messy.

The key? Step back once in a while.
That’s usually when clarity (and the next big idea) shows up.

How do you find that balance between structure and creativity in your business? 👇

Scale with Stability Night 1!🥂🥳🤩

One month and one day into marriage, and, I’ll give it a 10/10.😉 Nights like this remind us how blessed we are to do life with people who pour into us and push us to grow.

We caught up with old friends, made some new ones, ate a killer dinner @thrsearcy, and ended the night with s’mores around the fire. Doesn’t get much better.

This community is something else. We’re surrounded by people who show up, speak life, and want to see each other win. We’re so dang blessed. God is good.

Let’s gooo!!! Scale with Stability is just getting started!!
