We didn’t book a conference room. We booked a feeling. 787 Coffee’s Mid Infinity ♾️ Summit 2026. Theme: LET’S CONNECT. We cupped Limaní from our own farm in Puerto Rico next to Panamanian Geisha and argued about which one made us tear up. (Both. It was both.) We ate dinner in the first shop we ever opened — a private, candlelight experience- the shop that held us together when everything else fell apart. We came together as a team and learned to make sushi. Some of us should never make sushi again. No names. We stood up one by one and told our underdog story over a potluck. Turns out the whole leadership team is a comeback story wearing a vest. Then we walked into Tribeca and gave it a makeover, because talking and presentations are nice but DOING is BETTER. ‘I held this summit for one reason: my job is not to be the smartest human in the room — it’s to build the room. And this year my leaders ran it, led it, and raised the standard on their own. That’s what a high performance team looks like.’ 787 Coffee is not just a coffee shop. It’s a room full of doers who refuse to be average. Stronger together. Consistent best. Always. Gracias, gracias, gracias ☕ Let’s do this!

Failure isn’t the opposite of success—it’s the raw material for it. 💡 Spoke at the latest @realtomtalks event in New York at @787coffee and pure magic happened in that room. The mic was shared by incredible humans who stepped up, owned their setbacks, and turned their toughest lessons into wisdom. When leaders open up about failure, it changes the conversation entirely. Authentic leadership starts with being real about the journey. Huge thank you to everyone who listened, shared, and connected. What’s one lesson a past “failure” taught you that you wouldn’t trade for anything? 📍 NYC | Leadership & Personal Growth 🎤 Keynote Speaker | @soybrandonivan

When we spoke at Latino Business Leaders, one key operational takeaway we shared was focus. We spent 3 years growing organic, sustainable coffee on our farm in Puerto Rico—why dilute all that hard work with watered-down drip coffee or 10 unnecessary menu options? Success in operations comes down to trimming the excess so what you do offer is unmatched. A huge thank you to @latinoleadersmag and @yum_brands for having us today—it was an honor to share the stage and connect with so many incredible leaders. 🙌 Drop a ☕ if you agree that simplicity wins in business! #CoffeeBusiness #SmallBusinessTips #OperationalExcellence #PuertoRicoCoffee #LatinoLeaders

Finding Peace and Vulnerability Solo Traveling in Slovenia 400 stallions. 105 strangers. One version of me I’d forgotten existed. I came to Slovenia alone — a country I knew almost nothing about. I don’t speak the language. I’m driving these roads by myself. And standing on this farm in Lipica, surrounded by horses bred here since 1580, I felt something I hadn’t felt in years: completely, wonderfully vulnerable. This weekend I gathered with 100+ Third Culture Kids — humans raised across languages, borders, and cultures. People from everywhere and nowhere. My people. And traveling solo reminded me what it feels like to listen to music with no plan, to touch something new, to let your body just… process it all — and come out re-energized on the other side. Here’s what the solo trip gave back to me: I missed my life. I missed every person in it. And I came home hungry for what’s next. If you’ve been running on comfort, go somewhere that scares you a little. Travel alone. Get vulnerable. You’ll appreciate everything waiting for you when you get back. 🐎☕️🚎 #SoloTravel #Slovenia #thirdculturekid #HorseFarm #SelfDiscovery TravelDiaries

Grateful doesn’t even cover it. ☕ This week I had the honor of being at the WSJ Global Food Forum in Chicago— learning where what we eat and drink is headed, and bringing every lesson home to you. A few highlights that lit me up: 🍄 The Future of Funghi, hosted by 4 Star Mushroom — the only downtown farm I know. Watching food grown right in the heart of the city reminded me why we do what we do. 🤝 Connecting with Debbie Stroud, CEO of Whataburger — who scaled 10,000+ Starbucks stores before leading one of Texas’ most beloved brands. Getting her advice on scaling 787 Coffee the right way, without losing our soul, was a gift I won’t forget. 🎙️ Learning from the leaders shaping what’s next — Mars, PepsiCo, JBS, Bayer, Athletic Brewing, OLIPOP, Goodles, and so many more. The message was clear: the future of food is fewer, better, realer — protein rising, portions smaller, ingredients cleaner, quality over quantity. That’s the language we’ve spoken since day one. Less than 1% of coffee shops in the world own their farm. We do — Hacienda Iluminada, in Maricao, Puerto Rico. We came to learn, to adapt, and to keep growing — so we can keep bringing only the best beans and ingredients to every one of our Caffeinated Humans. Para humanos, por humanos. 🤎 Gracias, gracias, gracias ☕ Sustainability tastes BETTER at @787coffee #787Coffee #FutureOfFood #FarmToCup #CaffeinatedHumans

You know that feeling. The one before the day even starts. Cup in hand. First sip. Shoulders drop. The noise quiets down. Suddenly you’re you again. ☕ Tú sabes de qué hablo. That little 30-second window where everything’s actually okay. That’s the feeling we chase for you — every bean, every pull, every cup. Grown on our farm in Maricao, Puerto Rico and partner farms in PR and Mexico so what hits your lips actually deserves that moment. Coffee a beautiful gift of earth! What does YOUR first sip feel like? Let’s do this! ☕💛 #787Coffee #ThatCoffeeFeeling #FarmToCup HaciendaIluminada #MorningRitual Hand-drawn illustration by Brandon Peña of a joyful stick figure with arms raised in celebration next to a string of yellow 787 Coffee to-go cups hung like party bunting. Most coffee brands post about Earth Day. We plant for it. Fewer than 1% of coffee companies in the world own the farm their beans come from. We’re one of them. That farm is Hacienda Iluminada, tucked into the mountains of Maricao, Puerto Rico. It’s where 787 Coffee was born — and it’s why this Earth Day promise means something real. Our 787 Coffee Promise to Earth: Every bag of 787 Coffee sold plants a new coffee tree in a dedicated micro-lot at Hacienda Iluminada. Not a donation to someone else’s project. Not a logo on a landing page. A tree. On our farm. With your name attached to it. Here’s what that tree actually does: 🌍 Pulls CO₂ out of the atmosphere and locks it into soil, roots, and branches — offsetting the carbon of the cup in your hand. 🏔️ Protects Maricao’s mountains from erosion. Deep coffee roots anchor the soil so Puerto Rican rains can’t wash it away. 🐝 Feeds the ecosystem. Shade-grown coffee creates habitat for bees, butterflies, and migratory birds crossing the Caribbean. 🌳 Grows the lungs of the island. The more we plant, the more Puerto Rico can breathe. 787 Coffee was not build to be another coffee brand. It was built so a farm in Puerto Rico could feed a global company — and so every cup sold in NYC, Texas, New Jersey, or Mexico City sends something back to the land that started it all. Built For Humans, By Humans. Grown for the Earth, by the people who own the soil. Shop the bag. Plant the tree. Follow the legacy. 👉 787coffee.com Gracias! Gracias! Gracias! For believing and for being a part of this beautiful story that was born as a coffee farm- the dream@was to have a good harvest… That harvest has grown to over 34 coffee shops.

Every bag of coffee you buy plants a tree in Puerto Rico. 🌱🇵🇷 Starting today, every bag of 787 Coffee = one coffee tree planted at Hacienda Iluminada, our family-owned farm in Maricao, Puerto Rico. This is the 787 Coffee One Bag, One Tree promise. Here’s why it matters 👇 Fewer than 1% of coffee shops on Earth own their coffee farm. We do. And when you own the mountain your coffee grows on, protecting it stops being a marketing campaign — it becomes your responsibility. What one coffee tree actually does for the planet: 🌱 Pulls carbon out of the atmosphere for decades 🌿 Protects soil, watersheds, and mountain ecosystems 🐦 Brings back native birds, bees, and pollinators 🌳 Regenerates a forest, one customer at a time How the One Bag, One Tree program works: 1️⃣ You buy a bag of 787 Coffee (online or in any of our shops) 2️⃣ We plant a coffee tree at Hacienda Iluminada in Maricao 3️⃣ The tree grows under shade, the mountain heals, the planet wins One bag. One tree. One planet we love. Good for the Earth. Good for you. No fine print. No gimmicks. Just responsibility. ☕ Shop your bag at 787coffee.com — link in bio 🌱 Drop a 🌳 in the comments if you’re in 💬 Tag a coffee lover who needs to know about this Built For Humans, By Humans. 🇵🇷🇲🇽🇺🇸 📍 Specialty coffee roasted in Puerto Rico | 30+ shops across NYC · NJ · Texas · Puerto Rico · Mexico City ☕ Home of the Coquito Latte 🏆 #11 Best Coffee Shop in the USA · #27 Real Leaders Top Impact Company 2026 32 Best coffee shop in North America, Central America and Caribbean. #787coffee #sustainability #bestcoffeeshop This is the mountain your coffee grows on.
