Meet Rosabelis, your Manifesting Team Leader:

“Movement - the catalyst to evolution. The mind, body, and spirit are in constant movement both in a conscious and subconscious state. With Intentional movements in these areas we develop awareness. Awareness practices help develop a deeper understanding, that through movement we release and alchemize. Dancing is my favorite way of practicing intentional movement. It is where I am my most creative and free.”

Meet Iana, your Founder + Yoga Instructor:

I am a peace of work, a peace at work. All of my life’s experiences have combined to inspire this version of myself. I don’t think life is about balance as much as I think it’s about contrast, a bit of juxtaposition I suppose.

The best teachers are our experiences because experience (unlike words) can show us what we do want by giving us what we don’t. I don’t think you have to heal your past as much is I feel as you should just keep moving in a forward direction, with hope, faith and confidence that everything is always working out in your favor.

It’s all good...even when it’s bad...it’s still all good.
